A school email address alone does not establish authority to open an account. A person checks the applicant’s current staff role and authority with the school or district before approving setup.
School and role boundaries
Access follows the signed-in person’s school and permissions. School settings control which tools are available. Staff only see work their role and its audience allow them to see.
Staff work, not student records
EDatHand is designed for the adults who run a school. Do not upload student records or sensitive student information into staff forms, messages, requests or files.
Know what the beta means
The service is in a private beta. Access requests are reviewed before setup. Email delivery remains a setup dependency, and paid purchasing is not available. This overview is not a privacy policy or a contractual security commitment.
